PURPOSE: A surge discharging resistant of ground wire is provided to easily make a contract with several discharging pins on the surface of ground wire using clamps. CONSTITUTION: A discharging resistant(100) discharges by inducing surge transferred from electric power system of ground to the underground through several discharging pins. A ground line of discharging resistant is flexibly formed. A pair of clamps(20,20a) are formed at a constant interval on the surface of ground line of the discharging resistant. A joint pin and a combining hole are respectively formed on the combined surface of the clamp. A joint groove corresponding to the outer surface of ground line is formed in the internal surface of the clamp. Several discharging pins(30) are slantly connected to the front inclined side of the clamp.
