PURPOSE: A modular unit integrated with double beams and a modular structure using the same are provided to lighten a skeleton thereof by using a lower module as a structural member and to control the sagging of a floor beam. CONSTITUTION: A modular structure is formed by assembling and piling up modular units. Each modular unit comprises a floor beam(100), a ceiling beam(200), columns, vertical bolt connections, horizontal plate connections, and horizontal bolt connections. The floor beam is integrated with a floor plate. The ceiling beam forms a ceiling. The columns support a vertical load. The vertical bolt connections connect the floor beam and the ceiling beams to each other. The horizontal plate connections connect the floor beam to an adjacent floor beam. The horizontal bolt connections connect the ceiling beam to an adjacent ceiling beam.
