PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual space access means that is not restricted in the range of action to only the area close to a computer, can be used readily, and is accompanied by the sense of presence. SOLUTION: The virtual space providing server and system provides services via a virtual space, including calls that can be used simply and easily, by utilizing a mobile communication apparatus such as mobile information terminal, or the like, and also provides a means for obtaining access to various voice information pieces within the virtual space, including calls and assuming access to the same virtual space, by outputting voices mixing various voices derived from objects within the virtual space, having acoustical effects to the mobile communication apparatus, and including objects within the virtual space to image display of the mobile communication apparatus, when a user changes the utilization means to the mobile communication apparatus from a personal computer or in opposition to the personal computer from the mobile communication apparatus. Moreover, an information providing means is also provided, with which the user can sense presence of the virtual space in call during access to the virtual space, by using the mobile communication apparatus of a comparatively lower processing speed.
