Oil status diagnosing apparatus of the construction equipment and the method thereof are provided that the different status signal of the oil is detected through one packaged oil state detection sensor part. An oil status diagnosing apparatus of the construction equipment comprises an oil condition detecting sensor portion(1) which quantitively produces all kinds of the status information of the oil with sensing, an equipment controller(2) generating alarm through the alarming part of monitor, a monitor(3) including the display unit and alarming part. The oil condition detecting sensor portion includes an oil state detecting sensor(11) and a data storage module(12), an operation unit(13) and communications interface(14).
