A method for screening a cell cycle control factor inhibitor is provided to screen easily drug of bulk in a fast date using Caenorhabditis elegans easy to be observed because a size of intestines nucleus is greater than the nucleus of the other cells. A method for screening a cell cycle control factor inhibitor includes steps of: processing testing material when cultivating Caenorhabditis elegans mutant overexpressing CDC-25 which is a cell cycle control factor; and confirming intestines nucleus number of the Caenorhabditis elegans mutant and confirming CDC-25 deterrent effect. The Caenorhabditis elegans mutant over-expressing the CDC-25 is the Caenorhabditis elegans rr31 mutant.
