PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheel vehicle that achieves an improvement in steering stability performance (lateral grip) during turning while suppressing wear at the tread shoulder part. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire for the two-wheel vehicle has a tread 12 formed into an annular shape. Disparate pieces of rubber 6 are arranged at both ends in the tire width direction on the surface of the tread. An arrangement width on the tread surface of the disparate piece of rubber 6 is within a range of 5-14% of a tread development width from tread edges. A value of a loss tangent tanδof the disparate piece of rubber 6 is higher than a value of a loss tangent tanδof rubber arranged adjacently to the inside in the tire width direction of the disparate piece of rubber 6.
