The system has a ventilation device (3) comprising an external air inlet (6) and an exhaust outlet (7) connected with surroundings (9) of a multi-story building over an outside air channel and an exhaust air channel (8), respectively. The outside air and exhaust air channels are formed as channels extended through the building or guided around a part of the building. Channel ends are ended in a facade region (2) of sides of the building. A volumetric flow delimiter (10) is provided in regions of the inlet and the outlet.
