<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a program composed of a plurality of scenario execution programs of which an execution order can be changed. <P>SOLUTION: Content of the programs A, B are decomposed into scenarios 1-3, 4-6, and the program A, B are assembled from them. The scenarios 1-6 are formed by arranging a basic scenario which has common parts in voice recognition or voice synthesis.
