<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation delay at braking and dragging at vehicle vibration by always keeping a brake pad of a disc brake equipped with a lever type brake arm capable of providing a boosting function with by simple structure, and a disc rotor at an appropriate angle. <P>SOLUTION: An adjuster correction mechanism 10 keeping the brake pad 8 and the disc rotor R in parallel to each other regardless of the attitude of the brake arm 2 when the brake pad 8 mounted to a pad holder 1 is worn to cause an excessive stroke is interposed between the brake arm 2 and the pad holder 1, whereby the pad holder 1 and the disc rotor 2 are appropriately corrected in parallel to each other by the adjuster correction mechanism 10 even if the brake pad 8 is worn to cause the brake arm 2 to excessively rock, and the parallel clearance between the disc rotor R and itself can not be kept, and thereby the partial wear and dragging of the brake pad 8 are prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
