<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to receive treatment such as medical care, examination or operation according to an appointment. <P>SOLUTION: This appointment management device comprises an appointment request input means 22 to which the user's appointment request is input; an appointment treatment content specifying means 24 specifying treatment contents to be carried out for the appointment request; an appointment time computing means 26 acquiring a standard treatment time corresponding to the specified treatment contents, from a standard treatment time database 14 to compute an appointment time to implement the treatment contents; an appointment data registering means 28 registering the appointment time in an appointment database 16; an actual treatment time input means 32 to which the actual treatment time of treatment is input; a treatment time difference computing means 34 computing the difference between the actual treatment time and the standard treatment time stored in the standard treatment time database; and a standard treatment time updating means 38 updating the standard treatment time to reduce the difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
