<p>Provided is a display apparatus which can avoid load increase and display rapidly a video of a selected channel. The display apparatus includes a synchronizing unit. The synchronizing unit which adjusts a timing, in which a video is displayed based on a predetermined reference frame received and decoded at first after channel selection, toward shifting earlier than a time originally displaying the video based on a time information attached to the reference frame.</p> |
