An air filter is provided to offer excellent properties like deodorization, heavy metal removal, bacteria inhibition, infrared rays discharge etc and to use the filter for an air-conditioner or a ventilation system. An air filter includes a main body of the filter(10), a porous plate(20) and air purification materials. The main body is classified by partitions(11) and a plurality of air purification material-receiving chambers(12). The porous plate is combined on both side of the main body. The air purification materials are filled in the receiving chambers. Protrusions(14)(15) and joining grooves(16)(17) are formed on other side(10d) of a lower surface(10b) of the main body.
