<p>PURPOSE: A single user, several users, multiple access, and selection of MCS within MIMIO radio communications are provided to correctly receive every response frame from an arbitrary response communication device using inducement communication device. CONSTITUTION: At least one antenna receives an eliciting frame from communication devices(1401,1402). A processor determines the induced frame and a first MCS. A treatment selects a second MCS called the maximum MCS within the standard MCS set related to the device and the communication device based on at least the first MCS and at least one of the measured parameter. A processor generates a response frame having the second MCS. At least one of the antennas transmits the response frame to the communications device.
