PURPOSE: Non-silicon based spandex spinning oil and spandex fibers prepared by the same are provided to facilitate scouring by improving a scouring degree of yarns using hydrophilic hydrocarbons with excellent emulsion detachability instead of existing silicon spinning oil. CONSTITUTION: Non-silicon based spandex spinning oil includes 60 - 90 weight% of hydrocarbon, 9 - 40 weight% of polydimethylsiloxane and 0.1 - 10 weight% of non-ionic surfactant. The hydrocarbon consists of low viscosity pure hydrocarbon having 5 - 20cp and high viscosity pure hydrocarbon having 20 - 40cp, wherein the content of the high viscosity pure hydrocarbon is 10 - 40 parts by weight and the content of the low viscosity pure hydrocarbon is 90 - 60 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of hydrocarbon. |
