PURPOSE: A form system for a precast girder is provided to prevent deformation in a stand, and to be easily installed and repeatedly used. CONSTITUTION: A form system for a precast girder comprises a steel stand(10), a base member, and a spacer(21). The steel stand is mounted on the end of a steel bar(14), and comprises a fastening hole formed in the area of a form(2) at a constant pitch. The base member is mounted on the form, and comprises a fastening hole on the bottom. The spacer is inserted between the base members. |
