PURPOSE: A method for finding a missing child by using a smart phone, a system thereof, and a recording medium thereof is provided to read missing child information when a user of a smart phone including a missing-child finding application actually find a missing child. CONSTITUTION: Missing-child reporter smart phones(20) store guardian contact numbers and missing child information. The missing-child reporter smart phones provide the guardian contact numbers and perform missing child report. When a missing child is found, missing-child finder smart phones(30) transmit a missing child search request to output search result missing child data.
