Low pressure increased output pre-heater for frequency/secondary and/or primary regulation of a solar thermal power plant

The solar thermal power plant (1) has a primary circuit (2) that is connected with a secondary circuit (3). The primary circuit has a solar panel (4) by which heat transfer medium flows through. A heat exchanger (16) is arranged between a capacitor (8) and a feed water tank (9) in secondary circuit. The heat exchanger is switchably connected to primary side of primary circuit or secondary side of secondary circuit, as a low-power multi-heater. An independent claim is included for method for performing rapid and transient increase in performance of solar thermal power plant.
