PURPOSE: A receiver terminal capable of playing CID content, a server and a method for providing a CID content service are provided to amuse a user of a reception terminal during a waiting time. CONSTITUTION: A request signal generating unit generates a request signal for requesting the data related to CID content. A communications unit receives the data related to the CID content corresponding to the request signal. If a call waiting time is generated after a call starts or if a call is received, a display unit generates the CID contents corresponding to a received data.
