PURPOSE: A method for electrochemically depositing dendrite Au rods from sulphate-based Au(I) electrolyte with high electrocatalyst and SERS(Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) activities is provided to apply to an electro-catalyst system and an SERS-based bioassay method by manufacturing an activated Au surface structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrochemically depositing dendrite is as follows. A substrate is prepared. The substrate is cleaned. The cleaned substrate is made of a work electrode of a predetermine size. The substrate is electrochemically deposited.
