摘要 <p>An integrated circuit inductor structure comprises a first feed line connected to the first end 303 of a first loop 301, at the centre of the inductor structure and a second feed line connected to the first end 306 of a second loop 302, at the centre of the inductor structure. Each of the feed lines are arranged to extend out of the plane of the inductor structure or through an area circumscribed by one of the first and second loops 301, 302. A crossover section 310 is adjacent to the first end 303 of the first loop and the first end 306 of the second loop. The crossover section 310 connects the first loop 301 to the second loop 302 in such a manner that current flowing from the first feed line 308 to the second feed line 309 circulates around the second loop 302 in a rotational direction which is opposite to that of the first loop 301. The feed lines 308, 309 may be arranged such that the first feed line extends through one of the first and second loops and the second feed line 309 extends through the other one of the first and second loops. The inductive structures may be used in integrated circuit arrangements to prevent the inductor influencing the operation of any device which are proximate to the said inductor.</p>
