<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a semiconductive copolymerized polyimide belt having excellent electrical properties and physical properties; its production method; and an intermediate transfer belt for an electrophotographic apparatus obtained by the production method. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductive copolymerized polyimide belt contains 70-80 wt.% polyimide resin and 30-20 wt.% carbon black and has a surface resistivity of 1×10<SP>8</SP>to 1×10<SP>14</SP>Ω/sq. The polyimide resin is obtained from a biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride component containing 15-50 mol% 2,3,3',4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and 85-50 mol% 3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and an aromatic diamine component containing two kinds of aromatic diamines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
