<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer body capable of manufacturing a pigment intensified type solar battery of high performance free from short circuiting between a counter electrode and a power generation layer, with satisfactory yield, even when a substrate is bent, in a transfer body used when manufacturing the pigment intensified type solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: This transfer body for manufacturing a metal oxide electrode is a transfer body for manufacturing a semiconductor electrode layered sequentially with the first metal oxide layer 2, the second metal oxide layer 3 and a transparent electrode layer 4, on one face of a heat-resistant base material 1, and the first metal oxide layer comprises a metal oxide fine particle of an insulator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
