PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which restrains bubbles in an ink cartridge from being flown out together with an ink. SOLUTION: In an ink supplying device 200, a valve body 97 for closing an ink supplying port 91 which makes an ink chamber 102 interior communicate with the outside, is opened by an ink needle 209 which is set in a cartridge mounting part 202 and formed extending in a direction that intersects a gravity direction, so that the ink cartridge 100 is mounted in the cartridge mounting part 202. A first contact surface 213 which comes into contact with the valve body 97 is arranged in an entire first region of the upside from an upper end 219 in the gravity direction 217 on an inner wall 218 of the ink needle 209 at a tip surface 211 of the ink needle 209. A second contact surface 214 which comes into contact with the valve body 97 is arranged in a second region other than the first region. Ink passages 215 and 216 which make an internal space of the ink needle 209 and the outside communicate with each other, by extending in a radial direction, are formed in the second region.
