PURPOSE: A cap for a packaging can container is provided to enable a female or older user to easily use the cap by exposing and hiding a discharging unit, using an elastic wrinkle unit by pulling a handle unit located on a cap body. CONSTITUTION: A cap for a packaging can container includes a body(110), a discharging unit(120), and a first wrinkle unit(130). The discharging unit finishes an outlet(210) of the can container(200), and is formed on the center of the body which is formed with a synthetic resin for discharging contents from the can container. The body and the discharging unit are connected to each other by using the first wrinkle unit. The discharging unit includes a finishing cap(140). A finishing plate(132) for preventing forgery is integrated to the upper side of a fixing member(150) for preventing the exposure of the finishing cap to outside.
