A tire in a tire is provided to realize a safety drive when a vehicle has a fate tire by applying a concave groove, a thick air layer, and a hard rubber layer. A tire in a tire is composed of a concave groove, a thick air layer, a hard rubber layer. An internal tire(2) is built in inside the tire(1), and the concave groove is formed at the internal tire with lengthwise. The thick air layer is formed in order to absorb vibration, and the hard rubber layer is formed around the concave groove part.
