The invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to the porous, permeable materials. It is offered the porous element containing a metal cover from aluminium, copper, stainless steel and an insert from a powder material with the set permeability. The insert contains aromatic filling compound that is liquid or in the form of gel or powder. The metal cover is carried out in the form of a pipe or a sphere. The core with the holder can be located in a cover cavity. In comparison with known porous elements the technical solution offered has following basic advantages: technical (expands an application field), economic (increases durability), ecological (does not polute environment).
