<p>The innovation refers to sporting equipments, particularly to physical exercise equipments. The objective of the innovation is the creation of such multifunctional fitness equipment that enables its users to expand the range of physical exercises, at the same time creating a maximum compact structure of the fitness equipment. The objective is attained thanks to the fact that the fitness equipment presented on Fig.1., contains a frame (1) fastened to a wall with the help of a holder (2) and bolts, the frame (1) has bores intended for fixing of separate functional elements and easily changeable devices designed for various exercises and fixture at a definite places and at a required height, an easily removable pulling bar (3) with a handle is attached to the frame (1) and at that for fixing of the roller of the fortified holder (4) and a steal cable (5) a boxing sack (6) and for changing of its height, under the pulling bar (3) there are attached easily removable P-bars (7) with a support unit (8), enabling to adjust and to fix the distance between the P-bars (7), as well as to strengthen additionally the frame (1), at that, when removing the P-bars (7) and using the support unit (8) a frame coordinating device is attached to the frame (1), a device (9) for exercising of the abdominal muscles is attached at the bottom part of the frame (1).</p> |
