PURPOSE: A DME and FPSO generating system for DME FPSO is provided to simplify apparatuses in FPSO, to manufacture DME and methanol together, and to control a production amount of a DME and methanol. CONSTITUTION: A DME and FPSO generating system comprises: a step of separating DME and methanol which is a by-product generated from a DME reactor(10); a step of transferring the DME to a DME storage tank and storing the DME in the DME storage tank(20); and a step of transferring the methanol to the methanol storage tank(30) and storing the methanol in the methanol storage tank. The DME reactor additionally comprises a control part which can control the respective generation amounts of the DME and methanol according to the demands of the DME and methanol. Natural gas is separated to water, oil and byproduct gas through a three-phase separator(40). The byproduct gas is pretreated and reformed to supply to the DME reactor in a synthetic gas shape.
