SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING FUEL OIL OF SHIP

PURPOSE: A fuel oil supply system of a ship is provided to save energy used for the ship as a cooling water cooler or refrigerant cooler is used according to the viscosity of fuel oil. CONSTITUTION: A fuel oil supply system(10) of a ship comprises a cooling water cooler(104), a refrigerant cooler(105), and a first valve(B1). The refrigerant cooler cools fuel oil using refrigerant. The cooling water cooler cools the fuel oil using cooling water. The first valve supplies fuel from a storage tank holding diesel fuel oil of low viscosity, or a storage tank holding diesel fuel oil of high viscosity to an engine(109). Diesel fuel oil passing through the first valve is cooled by the cooling water cooler or refrigerant cooler, and satisfies viscosity conditions.
