PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a navigation apparatus for providing a safe route especially when possibility of performing a call is high and/or a drive is calling. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus (100) includes: a probability detection section (114) for obtaining a call probability of a call by a driver; a route search section (113) for searching a first highly safe route and a second route corresponding to distance and arrival time to a destination; and a control section (111) for control so that the first route is searched by the route search section when the call probability is higher than a threshold.
