PURPOSE: A transversal leaf suspension system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the wheels of a vehicle from being separated from the ground when a transversal leaf spring rebounds. CONSTITUTION: A transversal leaf suspension system for a vehicle comprises a transversal leaf spring(10). Both ends of the transversal leaf spring are connected to lower arms(40). The transversal leaf spring is asymmetrically supported by upper and lower mounts(12,14) by supporting the top surface thereof to the upper mount when the transversal leaf spring bumps and supporting the bottom surface thereof to the lower mount when the transversal leaf spring rebounds.
