PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus is provided with a portable and simple structure as a compressor, condenser, expiation valve, and an evaporator are not necessary. CONSTITUTION: As to a cooling apparatus, a first pump(12) pumps and circulates circulation liquid in a first fluid pipe(10) of a first cooling device(1), and a first heat exchanged connected to the first fluid pipe cools the circulation liquid. The circulation liquid passes through a radiant plate(13), and cools the radiant surface of a thermo element fixed to the radiant plate. A second pump(22) pumps and circulates working fluid in a second fluid pipe(20) of a second cooling device(2), and a second heat exchanger(21) connected to the second fluid pipe cools the cooling surface of the thermo element. The cooled working fluid cools an object(S) installed in the second fluid pipe.
