PURPOSE: Fixed type memory chip for mobile terminal is provided to braze and fix the memory chip on PCB of the mobile terminal, thereby do not demand additional socket. CONSTITUTION: Memory chip body(10) includes memory in the inside. The first contact terminal(40) is exposed through one of outer side of the memory chip body for connection with PCB(60), brazed and fixed to the corresponding position of the PCB. The second contact terminal(50) is exposed through the other side of the memory chip body for connection with PCB, brazed and fixed to the corresponding position of the PCB. Iron plate member is fixed on the PCB, covers and fixes the other side of memory chip body which is not brazed or fixed. The second contact terminal is formed into one linear or more than two spots form.
