<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of realizing an active matrix type display having flexibility, and to provide a method of reducing inter-wiring parasitic capacities formed in different layers. SOLUTION: A thin-film device, formed on a first substrate, is bonded and fixed to a second substrate, and then the first substrate is removed to form a wiring in the thin-film device. Then, the second substrate is also removed to form an active matrix type display having flexibility. Furthermore, after the first substrate has been removed, by forming wiring on the side of an active layer where a gate electrode is not formed, the parasitic capacity is thereby reduced.</p> |
