PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization device in a transmission, capable of properly suppressing a phenomenon that a synchronizer ring is stuck and fastened to the cone surface of a shift gear, and capable of facilitating assembly work.SOLUTION: A synchronization device C in a transmission enables a pressing operation of a synchronizer ring 5A to a cone surface 30A of a shift gear 3A, and its release operation, with reciprocation of a sleeve 7. In a clutch hub 4 and the synchronizer ring 5A, respectively provided are engagement means 43, 53 engaged to each other so that the synchronizer ring 5A is regulated from advancing at a fixed distance or more toward the base end part side of the cone surface 30A of the shift gear 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
