PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional electric stove, since a guard member becomes high temperature, there is a risk of a burn when a user contacts with the guard member.SOLUTION: An electric stove 1 includes: a heater 4; a reflection plate 5 that is arranged at the rear of the heater 4, and reflects heat radiated from the heater 4 to the front thereof; and a guard member 6 inside which a heat medium is encapsulated, the guard member 6 comprising a pipeline member 7. The guard member 6 has a heat absorption part 8 arranged in a region on a front side with respect to the reflection plate 5, and a heat radiation part 9 arranged in a region on a rear side with respect to the reflection plate 5.
