摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the estimation accuracy of the remaining life by monitoring the condition of a storage battery while distinguishing an initial failure or an accidental failure from time degradation.SOLUTION: For an apparatus including a battery pack in which a plurality of storage batteries 41 are interconnected in series, a storage battery condition monitoring system 1 monitors the condition of each storage battery 41. The system includes: a control/power supply device 50 for detecting the current in each storage battery 41; and a slave machine 30 for measuring the utilization duration, temperature, voltage, and internal resistances at at least two frequencies of each storage battery 41. The system determines an abnormal condition of each storage battery 41 while distinguishing an initial failure or an accidental failure from time degradation, on the basis of at least one or more values of the temperature, voltage, and internal resistances measured by the slave machine 30, and the DC resistance of each storage battery 41. The DC resistance is obtained on the basis of the ratio between the variation in current value detected by the control/power supply device 50 and the variation in voltage value measured by the slave machine 30 during the discharge of each storage battery 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
