PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control system for a ground improvement system which manages the quality and finished shape of ground improvement collectively in a mechanical agitation ground improvement method.SOLUTION: In addition to the blade cutting frequency and discharge quantity of solidification materials by an agitating and mixing device installed on a ground improvement machine, the penetration position, penetration depth, the locus of traverse motion, the speeds of vertical excavation and traverse motion of the agitating and mixing device are monitoring on a real-time basis with the use of a mesh image where a region scheduled for ground improvement is divided in a planar view and a cross-section image where the region is divided in a cross-sectional view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
