The present invention relates to a rubber composition including: a conjugated diene polymer; and a compound represented by Chemical formula 1 or Chemical formula 2. In Chemical formula 1, R1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group with 8 to 24 carbon atoms; R2 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group with a hydrogen or 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and n is an integer of 1 to 10. In Chemical formula 2, R1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group with 8 to 24 carbon atoms; R2 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group with a hydrogen or 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and n is an integer of 1 to 10.
