The apparatus to fill a sponge with liquefied powder allows a sponge-shaped pad accommodated in a compact, among compact cosmetics to make it easy for women to put makeup on their faces by being used on the face and skin of the women; to be filled with liquefied cosmetic contents at a uniform and same adsorption rate. The apparatus to fill the sponge with liquefied powder is able to increase an absorption efficiency and an absorption distribution of a makeup up material such as a liquefied foundation, using a sponge accommodated in a compact when a cosmetic having a compact with an existing liquefied cosmetic material is produced; thereby increasing a convenience of manufacturing and an efficiency for productivity.
