The effects of sea staghorn are known to everyone but the usage of sea staghorn is very limited. Fishermen produces sea staghorn but since drying and selling the same are not available, the fishermen avoid or have a difficulty with producing the same. We studied dried sea staghorn as an alternative to overcome the problems and the primary aim of the present invention is to mass produce the dried sea staghorn so as to contribute to the health of the people. 2). Technical configuration of the present invention The sea staghorn harvested from the sea is washed with sea water once and then secondly washed with clean bedrock water. The washed staghorn is slightly blanched and then thirdly washed with water once again. The staghorn is mixed with appropriate bittern and processed using a laver bed for sea staghorn, and then dried. Ten sheets of the dried sea staghorn are bound and finished in the form of a bundle (100 sheets) like the conventional laver. |
