The present invention relates to a solar cell and a solar cell module. The solar cell according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a semiconductor substrate; an emitter unit, a rear surface electric field unit; a first electrode which is connected to the emitter unit and comprises a plurality of first finger electrodes and first busbars; and a second electrode which is connected to the rear surface emitter unit and comprises a plurality of second finger electrodes and second busbars, wherein the width of the first and second outmost finger electrodes located in the outmost portion among a plurality of first and second finger electrodes is greater than that of the remaining first and second finger electrodes. In addition, the solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the above stated first and second solar cells and an interconnector. The interconnector comes into contact with the first outmost finger electrode of the first solar cell and the second outmost finger electrode of the second solar cell, or comes into contact with the second outmost finger electrode of the first solar cell and the first outmost finger electrode of the second solar cell. In addition, the solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the above-stated first and second solar cells, and an interconnector. The interconnector comprises a plurality of second directional conductive wires connected to a plurality of first and second finger electrodes included in each of the first and second solar cells.
