<p>PURPOSE: A mobile touch display device for wire and wireless communications is provided to communicate with PLC(Programmable Logic Circuit) by wire or wireless communications, thereby freely selecting either wire or wireless communications as a communications method with the PLC. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(22) drives a display when a touch screen is touched. A display controller(23) controls the operation of the display unit. A power control unit(24) receives a control signal from the display controller, and controls power supplied to the display unit. A CPU(25) receives the signal controlled in the display controller, controls the signal through the predetermined program, and outputs the controlled signal. A communications unit(26) transmits the controlled signal to PLC(Programmable Logic Circuit), or transmits the signal transmitted from the PLC to the CPU. A wire or wireless switching detection unit(27) detects connection switching between wire and wireless and outputs a control signal according to the detected switching to the CPU.
