PURPOSE: A toilet system with a smoking room and an exhaust device for the same are provided to protect the privacy of smokers with the effective exhaust of a toilet and a smoking room and to prevent the second-hand smoking of nonsmokers. CONSTITUTION: A toiler system with a smoking room comprises a first partition(132), a second partition(134), and an exhaust device(200). The first partition is connected to the inner side wall of an entrance door(131) of a toilet(100) and is installed in a smoking room(110) direction. The second partition is separated inward from the entrance door of the toiler and is installed in front of the entrance door. The exhaust device comprises an exhaust duct(210) and a damper(220).
