PURPOSE: A channel interleaving process method and a device thereof are provided to generate an output vector sequence by reading out the interleaver matrix at a thermal unit in the multiple antenna radio communication system. CONSTITUTION: CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) information and encoded data information is comprised of bit unit vector which is set up. A first interleaver input vector sequence is generated. Second interleaver input vector sequence of predetermined bit unit and third interleaver input vector sequence is generated by repeating encoded RI(Rank Indicator) information and ACK/NACK(Acknowledgement/Negative ACK) information as the number of transmission layer. The first interleaver input vector sequence, the second interleaver input vector sequence and the third interleaver input vector sequence are mapped in the interleaver matrix. An output vector sequence is generated by reading the interleaver matrix at a thermal unit.
