PURPOSE: A xenogeneic bone originated bone graft material capable of obtaining pure hydroxyapatite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance bio compatibility, cell adhesive ability and osteo conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of xenogeneic bone originated bone graft comprises the following steps: cutting xenogeneic bone; removing blood component of the cut xenogeneic bone; pulverizing the xenogeneic bone in which the blood component is removed; removing fat and protein from the pulverized xenogeneic bone and drying the same; removing fat and protein of the xenogeneic bone; removing the organic solvent and drying the same; and processing the xenogeneic bone powder in which solvent is removed with 4% concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution.
