PURPOSE: A recovery method of an organic acid is provided to collect an organic acid with high yield by enabling microorganisms, various sugars, nutrients and inorganic materials together with the organic acid to pass through nanofiltration and forward osmosis. CONSTITUTION: A recovery method of an organic acid comprises: a step of removing microorganisms from an organic acid fermented broth; a step of adjusting the pH of the organic acid fermented broth into acid; a step of removing sugar and inorganic materials by the organic acid fermented broth passing through nanofiltration; a step of adjusting the pH of the organic acid fermented broth into natural pH; and a step of making the organic acid fermented broth pass through a forward osmosis membrane to remove water.
