<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with a noise preventing sliding member capable of being easily mounted on a bumper part, for effectively suppressing the noises of a steering shaft when it closely contacts the bumper part. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device 1 for sealing a space between a housing and a shaft inserted through the housing comprises a first molded product 11 having the bumper part 16 and a seal lip part 17 integrally molded on the inner periphery side of an outer periphery mounting part 12 fixed to the housing via a bellows flexible part 15, and a second molded product 21 having a second bumper part 26 integrally molded on the inner periphery side of a second mounting part 22 fixed to the outer periphery mounting part 12 via a second flexible part 25. Anti-come-off holding parts 19, 29 are provided on the inner peripheral faces of the bumper part 16 and the second bumper part 26, respectively.
