<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum drier reducing noise of blowing means. <P>SOLUTION: The drum drier has: a rotary drum storing clothing, and inclined so that the axis of rotation is horizontal or an opening is higher; a motor for driving the rotary drum; and a casing for disposing the rotary drum in the interior thereof, wherein during the drying operation performed while the rotary drum is rotated, the air is blown into the rotary drum by a blowing unit in the casing. The blowing unit has: a fan case for disposing a turbo fan in the interior thereof; and a driving motor for rotating the fan impeller. An annular rubber vibration isolator is interposed between a housing case for the driving motor and the fan case, a rotating shaft of the driving motor is passed through the center of the annular rubber vibration isolator, a plurality of rubber vibration isolators are interposed between the outer peripheral side part of the fan case and the outer peripheral side part of the driving motor, and during the drying operation, hot air is blown to the clothing in the rotary drum by the blowing unit to smooth out the wrinkled clothing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
