The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of fried bread containing cooked rice for replacing a meal and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of fried bread containing cooked rice for replacing a meal, which can be used as a snack for having a full stomach and replacing a meal by having the cooked rice as a main ingredient. The manufacturing method of fried bread containing cooked rice for replacing a meal of the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing flour paste; aging the flour paste; steaming and cooling rice to prepare the cooked rice; preparing carrots; preparing onions; preparing garlic; manufacturing a bread filling by frying the carrots, the onions, and the garlic; filling the bread filling in the flour paste, coating frying powder on a surface, and molding the same; and frying the molded and fried bread in cooking oil. |
